Craft Interactive Technology LLC has been delivering ERPNext, Odoo and our own products across the GCC since 2017. The first — and still only — ERPNext Gold Partner in the UAE.
Our story
We started in 2017 with a simple thesis: most ERP projects fail because they try to please the system, not the business. Eight years on, we've delivered 400+ ERP rollouts across the UAE, Saudi, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain — and we've kept that thesis intact.
We're certified Gold Partners for ERPNext (the first in the UAE) and an established Odoo partner. We build and ship our own products — NexGPOS for retail, ProperLE for property, ONE SYSTEM for SMEs — because the GCC has needs the global vendors don't always understand.
We're headquartered in Al Garhoud, Dubai, with consultants on the ground in Abu Dhabi. We're a real LLC, on real UAE jurisdiction, with real engineers — not a reseller fronting subcontractors.

We push for stock ERPNext or Odoo wherever it works. Customization is a tax — and we charge ourselves to use it.
Fixed-fee, fixed-scope
You sign one SOW. We deliver. No surprise change-orders inside the fixed phase.
