This site is informational. It describes the services Craft Interactive Technology LLC offers and provides a way to enquire. It is not, by itself, a contract for services. Engagements are governed by separate, signed Statements of Work (SOWs) and Master Services Agreements (MSAs).

"ERPNext" and "Frappe" are trademarks of Frappe Technologies Pvt Ltd. "Odoo" is a trademark of Odoo SA. "SAP" is a trademark of SAP SE. "Tally" is a trademark of Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd. "QuickBooks" is a trademark of Intuit Inc. We are an authorized partner of Frappe and Odoo; we are not affiliated with the others, and use their names only for descriptive comparison.

5. No warranty

This site is provided "as is". We try to keep information accurate and up to date but make no warranty as to completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. Information about pricing, timelines, or features should be verified in a written quotation before reliance.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Craft Interactive's liability for use of this site is limited. For service engagements, liability is governed by the terms of the relevant SOW and MSA, not by this notice.

This site may link to third-party sites (Frappe, GitHub, etc.). We're not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
