For under 50 users, Frappe Cloud is almost always the right answer — managed by the people who build ERPNext. Above 50 users or in regulated industries, self-hosted on AWS / GCP / Azure typically makes more sense.
Do you handle backups? +
Yes. Daily, encrypted, off-site, with quarterly restore drills. Documented RPO and RTO in the contract.
Can you host data in the UAE specifically? +
Yes — both AWS and Azure have UAE regions (Bahrain too). We deploy in-region for clients with data-residency requirements.
