— Odoo / Implementation
Odoo Implementation, fixed-fee, with a real go-live date.
Discovery to go-live in 8 to 12 weeks for clean SME rollouts. Multi-entity and manufacturing groups in 4 to 6 months. One SOW, one number, one date — written before we start, not negotiated as we go.
In one paragraph
Paid Discovery week before any implementation SOW. Real document, real fixed price.
8 to 12 weeks for SMEs. 4 to 6 months for multi-entity and manufacturing.
On-site cutover for UAE clients. Always. Remote go-lives fail when it matters most.
FTA-aligned chart of accounts and tax codes shipped on day one. ZATCA Phase 2 ready for Saudi.
What it includes
Inside the SOW.
Every line below is scoped, priced and dated in the SOW we sign with you after Discovery. If something is not on the list it is not in the engagement — and we will tell you that in writing rather than discovering it during go-live.
Module configuration
Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting and any others scoped — configured to your business rules, not left at Odoo defaults.
Chart of accounts
UAE-FTA-aligned chart of accounts with tax codes pre-mapped to standard-rated, zero-rated, exempt, designated-zone and reverse-charge scenarios.
PDF templates
Tax invoices, quotations, purchase orders, delivery notes and statements — branded and bilingual where you need them.
Master data load
Customers, suppliers, products, BoMs, price lists, payment terms, fiscal positions — loaded clean, not as a CSV dump.
Opening balances
Trial balance, AR ageing, AP ageing, stock-on-hand, fixed asset register — reconciled to the rupee against your legacy system.
User roles and access
Per-user access rights, record rules, approval matrices and segregation-of-duties enforced at the ORM layer, not by convention.
Training and SOPs
Role-based training with your data, written SOPs per role, recorded sessions handed over for new-joiner onboarding.
Go-live and hypercare
On-site cutover week plus four weeks of hypercare with daily standups and a dedicated support channel before AMC kicks in.
Process
Eight phases. Eight deliverables.
Each phase ends with a signed deliverable. You always know exactly which phase you are in and what we owe you next.
- Phase 01
Discovery
Paid one-week engagement. Process walk, gap-fit, data inventory, integration list. Output: signed SOW with fixed price and fixed go-live date.
- Phase 02
Configure
Chart of accounts, tax codes, products, customers, suppliers, warehouses, users, roles. Configured against your data, not demo data.
- Phase 03
Customize
Only the customizations agreed in the SOW. Each one written as an upgrade-safe Python module with a Git repository handed over to you.
- Phase 04
Migrate
Master data, opening balances, open invoices and bills, item stock balances. Reconciled against your legacy system before cutover.
- Phase 05
UAT
Two weeks of structured user acceptance testing with your team running real scenarios. Defects fixed inside the fixed fee.
- Phase 06
Train
Role-based training on your configured system. Recorded sessions, written SOPs, hands-on exercises. Not generic e-learning.
- Phase 07
Go-Live
On-site cutover week for UAE clients. Final balances loaded, day-one transactions supervised, finance close validated end-to-end.
- Phase 08
Hypercare
Four weeks of post-go-live hypercare with daily standups and a dedicated support channel. Then transition to standard AMC.
Who this is for
A good fit if you recognize yourself here.
UAE and GCC businesses ready to leave behind disconnected accounting, inventory and CRM tools — and replace them with one system the whole company runs on.
Most of our Odoo implementation clients fall into one of three patterns. The first: a growing trading or distribution business — usually AED 30M to AED 500M revenue — that has outgrown Tally, QuickBooks or a homegrown system, and now has multi-entity, multi-currency complexity that the legacy stack cannot handle. The second: a manufacturing or contracting group that needs proper BoM, work-order, project-costing and progress-billing capability and has decided that Odoo Manufacturing or Project is the right backbone. The third: a retail or hospitality group running disconnected POS, accounting and inventory tools that wants a single integrated stack with a real audit trail.
Bad fit: a 3-user startup that just needs invoicing, or a USD 50M-plus enterprise that has compliance requirements better served by SAP or Oracle. We will say so in Discovery rather than over-sell.
Pricing approach
Fixed-fee. After Discovery. Always.
We do not quote a fixed-fee implementation off a 30-minute call. That is how projects go wrong. We quote it after Discovery, when we have actually seen your business.
Discovery is a paid, one-week engagement. The output is a real SOW: deliverables list, line-item pricing, fixed total, fixed go-live date. From that point forward, the price does not move unless the scope demonstrably moves — and any change-request goes through a documented variation order, not a quiet conversation.
What you should expect: a clean SME implementation (one entity, standard modules, light integration) lands in a predictable mid-five-figure AED range, plus annual Odoo Enterprise licenses if applicable. Multi-entity, manufacturing-heavy or integration-heavy projects scale from there. We are happy to share comparable SOW ranges during Discovery once we know which pattern you are.
What success looks like
Day one after go-live.
A successful Odoo implementation is invisible the morning after go-live. The sales team raises quotations on Odoo. The finance team posts invoices on Odoo. The warehouse team picks and ships from Odoo. Nobody is logging into the old system "just to check".
That is the bar. We have hit it on rollouts in trading, manufacturing, retail and contracting across the UAE, Saudi and Oman. Browse case studies for specific business contexts.
FAQ
Implementation questions, answered.
How long does an Odoo implementation actually take? +
For a single-entity SME with the standard module set (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, basic CRM) and no heavy integrations, 8 to 12 weeks from kickoff to go-live is realistic. Multi-entity groups, manufacturing operations, or projects with two or more integrations typically run 4 to 6 months. Anyone promising you a 4-week go-live for a real GCC business is either underselling the scope or about to deliver something you will end up redoing.
Why fixed-fee instead of time and materials? +
Because T&M aligns the consultant's incentive with the wrong outcome. The longer the project runs, the more they earn. Fixed-fee aligns us with you — once the SOW is signed, every extra hour comes out of our margin. The discipline that creates upstream, in scoping and Discovery, is what makes Odoo projects ship on time.
What happens during Discovery week? +
Discovery is a paid, one-week engagement before the implementation SOW. We sit with your finance lead, operations lead and a couple of process owners. We document your current process, map it to standard Odoo modules, identify gaps, decide which gaps deserve customization vs configuration vs process change, list the data to migrate, and produce a deliverables-driven SOW with a fixed price and a fixed go-live date. If you choose not to proceed, the document is yours.
Will you train our team or do we need separate training? +
Training is in the SOW. We run role-based training sessions — finance team, sales team, warehouse team — using your real configured system, not generic Odoo demo data. We also produce a written SOP per role and record the sessions. Most go-live failures are training failures, so we treat this as part of delivery, not an upsell.
What if we need to add modules after go-live? +
That is normal and expected. Most clients go live with 4 to 6 modules and add another 2 to 3 over the first year as they get comfortable. We offer fixed-fee module-add packages for this — a typical "add Manufacturing" or "add Project" engagement is a 2-to-4-week phase, scoped and quoted the same way as the original SOW.
Do you handle Odoo licensing for us? +
Yes for Enterprise — as a partner we provision and bill the licenses through our partner channel, which gives you partner pricing instead of list. For Community there are no licenses. Hosting is separate: we can host on AWS me-central-1 (UAE data residency), Odoo.sh, or your own cloud — your choice based on data residency, cost and operational preference.
