Credentials

The badges that mean something.

There are a lot of self-described "Odoo experts" in the UAE. Here is the verifiable shape of who we are — the credentials a buyer can check.

01

Odoo Partner

Registered Odoo Partner with the licensing, delivery and support remit that comes with the status.

02

ERPNext Gold Partner

The first — and so far only — ERPNext Gold Partner in the UAE and the wider Middle East. Held since 2024.

03

UAE LLC

Craft Interactive Technology LLC. Real UAE jurisdiction, real registered entity, real audit footprint.

04

Founded 2017

Eight years in the GCC delivering ERP. Same leadership, same delivery shop, same standards.

05

Al Garhoud, Dubai

Headquarters and delivery floor in Al Garhoud, with consultants on the ground in Abu Dhabi.

06

400+ rollouts

Across all platforms and all six GCC countries. Trading, manufacturing, retail, contracting, healthcare, hospitality.

Why it matters

Six reasons a local Odoo Partner is worth it.

Odoo SA is a great product company. They are not a UAE implementation team. The configuration, integration, training and on-site delivery layer is what a local partner is for.

01

Engineers, not resellers

We have a Python team in-house. Every line of Odoo code we ship is written and reviewed under our roof. We do not subcontract delivery to an offshore shop you have never met.

02

Honest cross-stack advice

We sell Odoo and ERPNext both. Our pre-sales conversation compares them honestly against your operating reality, not against our commission structure.

03

GCC-native, not GCC-adjacent

FTA, ZATCA, JAFZA, DMCC, ADGM, designated zones, reverse-charge, free-zone vs mainland. We have shipped these enough times that none of them are surprises.

04

Fixed-fee delivery

Every implementation, customization and integration is fixed-fee after Discovery. The price does not move unless the scope demonstrably moves.

05

On-site for the moments that matter

For UAE clients, the kickoff workshop and cutover week are on-site. Always. Remote-only ERP rollouts fail at exactly the moments where being in the room matters most.

06

Skin in the game

Odoo Partner status is a relationship, not a one-off badge. We renew it annually with delivery performance. Our reputation depends on yours.

Who we work with

UAE and GCC operators who want it built right.

Trading houses out of DMCC, JAFZA and the mainland. Manufacturers in Dubai Industrial City and KEZAD. Multi-outlet retailers and F&B groups. Contracting groups, construction companies, healthcare providers and clinics. Mid-market businesses with revenue from AED 30M to AED 500M, who have outgrown a single-entity legacy stack and want one ERP the whole company runs on.

We have shipped Odoo across all six GCC countries — UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar — and we keep adding to that list.

Pricing approach

Fixed-fee. After Discovery.

As an Odoo Partner we provision and bill Enterprise licenses through our partner channel — which gives you partner pricing, not list. Implementation, customization, integration and support are all fixed-fee, scoped after a paid Discovery week.

What you should expect when you engage us: a free 30-minute discovery call, followed (if both sides agree to proceed) by a paid Discovery week, followed by a real SOW with a real fixed price and a real go-live date. No open-ended T&M arrangements. No hourly billing surprises in month four.

What success looks like

A partner you do not have to manage.

A successful Odoo partner relationship is one where, two years in, the system is upgraded to the latest version, customizations are documented and maintained, integrations are operating without finance-team CSV exports, and you are not chasing your partner for support tickets that should have been resolved last week.

That is the standard we hold ourselves to. See case studies for specific operator stories — including a few partner-takeover situations where we brought failing relationships back to a working steady state.

FAQ

Partner questions, answered.

What does it mean to be an Odoo Partner in the UAE? +

An Odoo Partner is a company formally registered with Odoo SA to resell licenses, deliver implementation services and provide support. Partner status is not a marketing badge — it requires certified consultants on staff, demonstrated delivery history, and ongoing performance against Odoo SA expectations. Craft Interactive Technology LLC is a registered Odoo Partner with our delivery team based in Al Garhoud, Dubai.

Why does a local UAE partner matter — can we not work with Odoo SA directly? +

For Odoo Online (SaaS) you absolutely can — and many small users do. Where a local partner adds value is the layer Odoo SA does not provide: the configuration of the chart of accounts to the FTA's VAT regime, the integration with UAE banks and government portals, the on-site go-live support, the Arabic / bilingual document templates, and the local time-zone support contract. Odoo SA is a great product company. They are not a UAE implementation team.

You also hold ERPNext Gold Partner status — does that conflict with being an Odoo Partner? +

No, and it is one of the things we think makes us unusual. Most ERP shops in the GCC pick a horse and ride it — they sell whatever they resell. We hold both, which means our pre-sales conversation can honestly compare the two stacks against your operating reality. We have walked away from Odoo deals in favour of ERPNext when ERPNext was the better fit, and the reverse. That posture is rare and it is deliberate.

Where is your team based? +

Headquarters in Al Garhoud, Dubai, with consultants on the ground in Abu Dhabi. We deliver across the UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, the northern emirates — and across the wider GCC: Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar. For UAE clients we sit on-site for the kickoff workshop and the cutover week. Always.

Do you only do Odoo, or other ERP systems too? +

We deliver three stacks: Odoo, ERPNext (we hold Gold Partner status), and our own products — NexGPOS for retail, ProperLE for property and ONE SYSTEM for SMEs. The cross-stack experience matters: we have seen how each system fails, and we choose them deliberately rather than because they are the only thing we know.

How do we start working with you? +

Book a 30-minute discovery call. We will walk through your current systems, the trigger that prompted you to evaluate Odoo, and the rough shape of the engagement you have in mind. That call is free. From there, the next step is usually a paid Discovery week, after which you have a real SOW with a real fixed price and a real go-live date.
